How to Microdose, intentionally.

Intention is the greatest enhancer.

The mushrooms give you a doorway to reach your truest self, but you must walk through it.

When microdosing, there will be ups and downs. You will have days where your emotions could be closer to the surface, and other days where you feel fan-fucking-tastic.

Start low and go slow.

Mushrooms are medicine.

Your goal should be to microdose for 3 months. Then take 2 weeks off to see how you feel. If you feel you need to continue to follow your protocol, follow your intuition. After 3 months, you may decide to switch to microdosing as needed.

Take 1 week off microdosing before a macrodose and 2-4 weeks off afterwards for full integration of your macrodose experience. Macrodoses should always be facilitated and integrated by a guide.

Don’t overthink this. Whichever one resonates, start there.

  • Protocol #1

    1 day on, 2 days off

    Example: if you were to take a dose on the 1st of the month, you would take another dose on the 4th of the month.

  • Protocol #2

    4 days on, 3 days off

    Example: If you were to start your doses on the 1st of the month, you would dose the 1st-4th, take the 5th-7th off, and start again on the 8th.

  • Protocol #3

    5 days on, 2 days off

    Example: Dose on weekdays, take weekends off.

  • Protocol #4

    Follow your intuition!

    Do not dose every day as you do not want to build up a tolerance to the medicine.
